the suite was elegant, it featured dark wood accents. amenities included a nespresso machine with complimentary pods. the turndown service brought special teas each evening. i also loved i could easily walk to nearby boutiques.

the gym, while equipped, became a bit crowded during peak morning hours.

i love that my room included nespresso machine. this machine helped me make cafe every morning. the staff assisted me book restaurants. their warmth made everything easier.

our butler seemed stressed. he wasn't comfortable in his role so things felt off. he mentioned problems with his rent. this was awkward in such a place.

The afternoon tea was not great. the service was very inattentive. Much of the staff seemed preoccupied with their phones. floral arrangements looked cheap as if they came from a budget supermarket. the tea was not nice at all. I expect much more for the price.
